Winchester 73, yes, that’s 1873! I’ve always had a love of westerns, the older the better although some of the more modern ones also deserve a watch, as long as they keep true to the genre. It’s also important they research the period and do justice to the props and Continue Reading

Molly Creek Gold
Molly Creek Gold – A little video made on the day I found colour at Molly Creek in 2014. Towards the end of the video I actually marked the spot with an X, good luck finding it, you’ll have to be quick. Like most hobbies, the joy and reward of gold Continue Reading
Treasure Chest
I dug up this little treasure chest, and spilled some of its contents, I see polished agates, jade, tiger stone, gold stone, synthetic opal, amethyst and quartz crystal. Photo taken close-up with an iPhone 5s and HDR set on. All natural light from the right and centred auto-focus.

The Wanderer
Taking a break before tackling the rough stuff. A crisp, clear day, cool and perfect for exploring the back tracks in the Tallarook State Forrest. I love the smell of wet gum trees in the morning. This is my fourth vehicle named “The Wanderer” but possibly not the last.
All Aboard
It’s all in the angle and framing, my model train set out on the garden table. It’s been a while since I have had it set up, must do it again soon to have a play with it. All aboard. The photo was taken with an iPhone 3G.
